The New Leaders Council Institute is an intense, five-month progressive entrepreneurship training program. It is the premier leadership and professional development, training, mentoring, networking, and career and political advancement program for young professionals.

Fellows have to commit to one weekend per month for five months in which each fellow, along with 15 - 20 or their peers participate in trainings on topics from messaging to finance to political management.
